Who is seeing patients at Pacifica medicine on Bainbridge Island?

Dr. Charles Nelson MD and Dr. Sarah Rice MD are seeing patients at Pacifica Medicine on Bainbridge Island. Dr. Gabi Cash MD will be joining Dr. Andrea Chymiy MD, Dr. Marie Matty MD and Viola Medina ARNP at Pacifica Medicine in Poulsbo in August, 2022.

How do I enroll as a patient with your providers?

To enroll as a patient with our providers please email our membership coordinator at rwessendorf@pacificamedicine.com or call the office at (206) 201-3676 for Bainbridge Island or (360) 979-0569 for Poulsbo, select Option 3

How do I enroll as a patient with Dr Nelson?

To enroll as a patient with Dr. Nelson please email rwessendorf@pacificamedicine.com or call the office at (206) 201- 3676. Dr. Gabriela Cash will begin seeing patients at our Poulsbo location in August, 2022 and is accepting new patients.

What can I do in the patient portal?

Please note that as of 11/30/20, we moved to a new platform for our patient portal. All families need to be re-registered. If you have not yet been registered for the new portal, give us a call so we can set you up!
