Your portal allows you to participate in your medical care with the opportunity to send secure messages to your providers, manage your appointments, view your medical information, pay your bill, and much more! Once you have an account that is linked to our system you can conveniently complete paperwork prior to your appointment.

We extend a twenty (20) minute “grace period” to all of our scheduled patients. Please be mindful that your appointment may be canceled if you are more than 20 minutes late. It is always best to call first to notify someone of your late arrival and to make sure that you can still be seen.

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.
MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
If you’re already a registered user on the TOL Secure Patient Portal, MHS GENESIS works much the same way.
