What is a patient portal?

Our patient portals are a secure online website that gives patients convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. We currently have two patient portals. Lompoc Valley Medical Center has FollowMyHealth for hospital stays and services.

What is MyMy avmc health?

My AVMC Health allows you to view your medical record, as well as store, update, and share your personal health information through a secure website. Patients may also designate a representative whom is allowed to access their information. You can even download and print your records!

How do I sign up for the my avmc health portal?

New users may follow these steps to sign up for a My AVMC Health portal account. You will need your social security number, personal identifier (s), or the email address you provided during the hospital registration process in order to self-enroll in the patient portal. Start your account today!

What is SVHC portal?

SVHC's interactive web portals give patients and their families easy, secure access to their health information. They also provide quick, online communication with staff. Because the information comes directly from your medical record, you can be sure it’s up-to-date.

The Valley Hospital Patient Portal

Retrieve Valley Hospital-related medical information such as lab results, diagnostic imaging results, medications received while in the hospital, and a record of appointments for hospital services. You'll be asked at the time of your registration if you would like to sign up.
