Urology Austin was formed in 2008 following the merger of several independent urology practices. In 2018, Urology Austin and The Urology Team merged to form the largest private urology practice in the Austin metro area. Today, the practice has over 50 healthcare providers, 18 area locations, plus a centrally located radiation center. Our physicians and advanced practice providers treat female urology, male urology and general urology patients. We also have a growing team of pelvic floor Physical Therapists. Urology Austin has now implemented telemedicine visits. Telemedicine is an easy and convenient way for patients to visit with their Urology provider from the comfort of their own home. This page will direct patients to our telemedicine login screen, explain the login process and allow patients to test their device prior to their visit. We’ve also included support instructions for activating a microphone and camera, through Google Chrome, on an iPad, iPhone, Android, and computer. A link is also supplied for patients who use Safari.
A request from the patient is required to: release information from your medical record to yourself or another facility. have records from another physician or health care facility sent to Medical Services. You may log in to complete the request for medical records.
Due to federal confidentiality laws, Campus Health Services is not able to communicate with parents without consent from the student. These laws are designed to protect one’s privacy and control how personal information is accessed and disclosed. These laws are commonly referred to as HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and FERPA (Family Educational and Rights Privacy Act). HIPAA is designed to protect an individuals medical information while FERPA is designed to protect an individuals educational and financial information.
If you cannot make an appointment you will need to either log on to Campus Health Online or call (928) 523-8995 to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment in an appropriate amount of time you will be charged a “no show” fee that varies depending on the type of appointment that is made.
Fortunately, campus health services has both psychiatry and psychology clinicians. Psychiatry is the treatment of medical mental health disorders and often treated with medications. Psychology/Counseling works with emotion and behaviors and treatment is focused on counseling, behavioral change and psychotherapy.
