Please note the patient portal is not monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; we will respond as soon as possible but expect a minimum of 2-3 business days . If you have a more urgent matter please call the office so we can assist you on any urgent matter.

About This Service

UT Health Austin’s MyUTHA Patient Portal is your secure, online connection to portions of your UT Health Austin electronic medical record. Through your personal MyUTHA Patient Portal account, you can view your patient summaries, lab results, and immunization records as well as contact your care team, manage your appointments, and more.

We see patients by appointment only. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. A scheduled appointment ensures that we have an opening for you and the physician is in the office that day. All referrals must be received prior to your appointment.
