New Patient

Our practice is accepting new patients who are currently working with a therapist. Appointment requests are reviewed by our providers and are considered on a case by case basis. Please be aware that there are limitations on who can be seen in our office.

Existing Patient

To schedule a follow up appointment, you may log into your patient portal to view appointment availability or call during phone hours to discuss appointment options.

Request an Initial Evaluation

Email admin@clearwateraustin.com with the person’s full name & email address who is wanting the appointment. An “Appointment Request Form” will be emailed to them. If request is for a minor, please provide your name in the email.
