Austin Health Center’s My Patient Portal, you will be able to view information, including your medical history, medications, vital signs, lab results, allergies, and insurance information.

Austin Kidney Associates accepts most insurance plans in our area including Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, PPO's and indemnity insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company to verify that we are providers for your plan. If you are part of an HMO or other plan that requires referrals to our office, please coordinate with your primary care physician for a referral prior to your appointment with us. If we are not participating with your plan, please let us know, and we will work with you to obtain an individual agreement for your care.
In addition to allowing our firm to share documents with our clients in a paperless manner, the HJA Client Portal also grants clients the ability to securely send documents to us via an easy upload tool.
