How do I access my Patient Portal?

This service is available from any computer (desktop, laptop or tablet) with internet access. When you log into Henry J. Austin Health Center’s My Patient Portal, you will be able to view information, including your medical history, medications, vital signs, lab results, allergies, and insurance information.

When will you contact me for patient portal support?

Our staff will contact you sometime between Monday and Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Please note the patient portal is not monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; we will respond as soon as possible but expect a minimum of 2-3 business days . If you have a more urgent matter please call the office so we can assist you on any urgent matter.

Does Austin Kidney Associates accept Medicare?

Austin Kidney Associates accepts most insurance plans in our area including Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, PPO's and indemnity insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company to verify that we are providers for your plan. If you are part of an HMO or other plan that requires referrals to our office, please coordinate with your primary care physician for a referral prior to your appointment with us. If we are not participating with your plan, please let us know, and we will work with you to obtain an individual agreement for your care.
