MyChart is an optional online service provided by Advocate Aurora. MyChart helps you, as a patient of Advocate Aurora, to access portions of your health information and to communicate with your Advocate Aurora healthcare providers.

The information you submit to MyChart, including your electronic messages, may be shared with Advocate Aurora staff when their job includes assisting your Advocate Aurora healthcare provider in providing your medical care. If your provider is out of the office or unavailable, messages sent within MyChart may be routed to other appropriate and authorized caregivers within Advocate Aurora in order to facilitate a timely response. In addition, Advocate Aurora is only able to respond to electronic messages based on the information provided by you. Therefore, if there is insufficient information provided, Advocate Aurora may be unable to provide accurate and reliable responses and/or service.
