What are the Augusta Health Patient portals?

The Augusta Health patient portals provide secure, online access to health information for patients and their families. We offer two portals, one for hospital patients and one for patients of Augusta Health Medical Group practices.

Does Augusta Pediatric Associates offer same day sick appointments?

Same day sick appointments are available approximately 360 days a year. We follow the CDC & ACIP Guidelines for childhood vaccines. Augusta Pediatric Associates is proud to offer 1-on-1 15-minute sessions to ask any questions and easy onboarding services.

How do I get technical support for my Patient Portal?

If you are already a patient portal user and need technical support, please call 877-621-8014. You shouldn't have to wait to get your health information. Now, you don't have to! Introducing Virtually Informed Patient (VIP). By simply signing up to be a VIP, you get instant access to medical records, test results and your healthcare team.

The online payment function provided in the portal adheres to PCI Compliance guidelines, thereby providing some level of security for transmitted transactions and transaction data. These provisions protect your financial information, but should not be considered perfect.

Non-Urgent Matters

The Portal should never be used for urgent matters. If you have symptoms that may require medical intervention or treatment in a timely manner, please call the office (803) 510-0007, call 911 or go to an emergency room, as appropriate under the circumstances. The Portal is not a substitute for appropriate and timely contact with your provider.
