The MyAtriumHealth Login portal is one of the health care organization’s services to its patients. It allows patients to access their health records online. By logging in to your health care center, you don’t have to make a trip to the facility every time you have a health concern.

Through the MyAtriumHealth patient portal , you can: Message your health care team *Lab test results are generally added to the portal within 24 hours. You may receive test and lab results in the portal before your provider calls you. Some results, such as radiology reports, may take up to five days to appear in the portal.

Our staff chaplains are an important part of the healthcare team and are on call 24 hours a day for people of all faiths or no particular faith background. Chaplains are available for encouragement, support, prayer, spiritual counseling, and facilitating communication among caregivers, patients and families.
A chapel is also open 24 hours a day for private prayer and meditation. If you have questions or wish to locate a chaplain, please call 704-355-2218.

If you did not provide an email address during your most recent visit or you can't find your email invitation, call 706.509.3236. To receive an invitation, we will ask a series of questions to verify identity. Then an email invitation with a secure, unique link to the patient portal will be sent to email address provided.

Virtual visits are now available at all Floyd Primary Care offices, allowing patients to use video conferencing for most appointments.
The Patient Portal Module allows authorized patients to access specific areas of the database and perform tasks such as registration and virtual visits.
When performing a virtual visit, the patient can be asked to indicate present weight, perform surveys, update status of co-morbidities and update demographic information.
