How long does it take to get into the waiting room for televisit?

You will only be able to enter the waiting room for your TeleVisit once you are within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. The “Start TeleVisit” button will appear orange when you can join the visit.

Do you get a call in advance of an appointment?

You may receive a call in advance of your appointment from our nursing staff to make sure you are set up for your visit and to collect additional information for your physician or nurse practitioner.

Atlanta Allergy & Asthma’s Pollen Counting Station is certified by the National Allergy Bureau. This is the only pollen counting station in the Atlanta area certified by the NAB.

Access by Healow App on Smartphone or iPad

Once taken to portal login, click login to your account using mobile phone. As the patient or parent/guardian, you will enter first name, last name, birthday, and cell phone number, then click submit. Click send code and a code will be sent via text message. Enter code and click login.
