Dr. Kate received her medical degree at UMass Medical School in 1996 and completed her Family Medicine Residency at UMass in Worcester. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in California, having received her BSN from California State University in Los Angeles.

For Patients Who Are Minors: Due to federal and state confidentiality laws, patients who are between the ages of 14 and 17 are not required to disclose certain types of medical information to parents/legal guardians.

For this reason, we find it necessary to ask our patients in this age group to complete a consent form naming a parent/guardian as their portal authorized representative.
