Rehabilitation Services

Astoria provides a spacious rehabilitation gym for physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our enthusiastic therapy team will complete assessments and provide therapy 7 days a week. Together we will determine your individual goals to promote a strong and safe recovery home.

Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation

Our skilled nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing high level of quality and nursing care. Our goal is for you to have peace of mind and receive the exceptional care you require.

Pulmonary and Ventilator Care

Astoria provides specialized care to patients dependent on ventilators, AVAPs, BiPAPs, CPAPs, with tracheostomies and those who require extensive respiratory treatments to achieve optimal breathing.

Guest Services

Our guest services professional will guide your discharge from the hospital to our skilled unit and upon your recovery to home. We have the necessary resources to assist you to return to your daily routine smoothly, once your rehabilitation goals have been met.

Dining

Astoria’s registered dietitian will provide individualized nutritional support for each guest. There are a variety of food options from our choice menu including delicious homemade soup, sandwiches and dessert selection. Specialized dining programs will provide tasty meals to those with all types of dietary requirement.

Activities

We offer a variety of activities daily including crafts, games and exercise. The slot machine tournaments and happy hour with live entertainment are both featured events. Spiritual services and Bible studies are offered weekly for multiple denominations with communion delivered monthly. Pastoral visitation can always be arranged for specific needs.

With a focus on short-term rehabilitation, we strive to promote emotional and physical wellness at Astoria Health & Rehab.
