The Assure Health connected devices have been designed so they work right of the box and no setup is required. An entire medical team has your back 24/7. You’re monitored around the clock to make sure you stay healthy.

What is assure health?

Assure Health sends a set of easy-to-use health devices that measure and automatically report on your blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight. No specific knowledge is needed to use the devices and the measurements are sent automatically, with no need for wifi. A dedicated nurse practitioner reviews your data every day.

How long does it take to get a telehealth consultation?

You receive an initial 15-30 min Telehealth consult with an Assure Health doctor, who reviews your medical history, gets to know you, and creates a personalized care plan for you.

Does Assure Health pay out of pocket?

Assure Health is fully credentialed with Medicare, and most of our patients who qualify pay absolutely nothing out of pocket.#N#We are committed to price transparency and will always tell you if you have any financial responsibility before you sign up, which is based on your insurance coverage.
