Hours

Advanced Surgical Associates is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each physician has a different schedule for treating patients in the office and the operating room.

Emergencies

You may reach our office 24 hours a day. When the office is closed, the answering service will take a message. If you have a medical emergency, we recommend that you go to the emergency room and tell them that you wish to receive treatment from one of our physicians.

Scheduling Appointments

Please contact our receptionist during office hours at 480.969.4138, or schedule your follow-up appointment as you leave our office. If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate another patient.

Patient Forms

The following forms can be downloaded to your computer and printed at home. Our Surgeon’s request all New Patient Paperwork be completed prior to your appointment. This allows them a chance to review your information and make their best surgical recommendation.

Pre-Op: General Surgery Instructions

It is extremely important that all your pre-op testing is completed 2 weeks to a minimum of 1 week prior to surgery. Non-compliance may result in the postponement of surgery. Do NOT eat or drink anything for 8 hours prior to your surgery including gum, water, and candy.

Post-Op: General Surgery Instructions

Diet – You may eat whenever you like following a procedure but most patients find a bland or liquid diet to be preferable for a day or two.
