Welcome to Associated Pediatrics

We appreciate the opportunity to provide high quality pediatric care for your children. We believe that children are a most precious gift. It is our promise to dedicate ourselves to your children's physical and emotional well-being.

Why Pay for Sports Physicals?

Call us instead! Most health plans cover well exams with no out of pocket costs. If your child’s annual well exam is up to date we will complete your forms, no fees! If they are due for their well exam, schedule today. Sports forms can be completed during the well exam and anytime the following year.

Please Note

What to bring: be sure to bring your current insurance information, a photo ID, and co-pays to each visit.

Prescription Policies and Information

Prescriptions and refills will be handled at scheduled office visits and enough medicine will be prescribed to last at least until the patient’s next appointment. Since we expect to fill prescriptions at the office visit, running out may be a signal that it is time to call our office to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Dina Kaner

Our pediatric practice is dedicated to its patients and their families. It is without question that being a parent is life’s most challenging work. As your child’s pediatricians, we embrace a philosophy of focusing on the child’s existence within a child-parent dyad. As we care for the child’s well-being, we also care for the parent’s well-being.

SCHOOL SPORTS RELEASE

Student athletes who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 will need to be seen by a doctor to get a release to play sports. Patients need to get the forms from the school, and schedule these appointments as soon as possible to avoid delays.

CORONA VIRUS INFORMATION (COVID-19)

We are not able to provide COVID vaccinations at this time. We recommend you use the community resources available to get your 12 years and older children vaccinated as soon as possible.

Online New Patient Registration Form

You will need your insurance information to complete registration. We will call you to schedule your appointment after registration is complete. Visit our Insurance Page to see a list of insurance we currently accept. Give us a call if you do not see your insurance plan, as it may have a slightly different name.
