Appalachian Regional Healthcare System (ARHS) offers a FollowMyHealth® Patient Portal that provides anywhere, anytime access to certain personal health records. During registration at an ARHS facility or practice, you will receive information regarding our patient portal.
You can send a MyARHChart message asking your provider to correct your medical record or call their office directly. You can also have your provider update the information at your next visit. Can I view a family member’s health record in MyARHChart?

Enrollment is fast and free, based upon information provided by your Med Center Health caregiver. You’ll need a name, date of birth, social security number, email address on file with your caregiver and your medical record number.
