What is the number to call 911?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. However, if you need after-hours advice for a medical concern, please call (907) 562-5080 and our answering service will assist you.

How long does it take for a prescription refill to be processed?

Medication Refills. Please contact your pharmacy for refill requests. Your pharmacy will fax us the request and your refills will be processed within 72 hours. You may also request refills on the patient portal.

How far in advance do you have to call for a reschedule?

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.
