What can I do on the patient portal?

Patient Portal: Technical Support Videos If you are exeriencing poor video quality, please change the video settings to 1080p. (This can be changed by first clicking "play" and then by clicking on the "gear" in the lower right corner of the video and selecting "1080p".)

How can APCA help Alaska community health centers?

Please retain this form for at least 3 years following your application submission date. In case of application audit, APCA may request the interpreting/reporting physician’s name and contact information and/or images without patient identifying information in conformity with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
