What is a patient portal?
The patient portal allows patients to view appointments, vitals, diagnoses, current prescriptions, medication lists and drug allergies. Patients can also send messages to the office including medication refill requests. To register for our patient portal, you may do so in person at our office with valid identification.
Can you use the patient portal for emergency?
The patient portal is NOT to be used for urgent or emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, call 911 or go directly to the emergency room. By navigating to this page, you are a patient who has been given access to your electronic chart at Advanced Orthopedic Specialists (AOS). By clicking the “Agree” button below, you agree to be responsible for the information you have been given access to and to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to that information.
