How to add a patient portal to your home screen?

First, click here for the link to Patient Portal. Apple – Tap on the “Share” button on the toolbar. Then tap the “Add to Home Screen” button where you can name it. Android – From the drop down menu located in the top right, choose “Add to Home Screen” where you can name it. The button will now appear on your home screen.

If your child was a patient at Bur Oak Pediatrics and Dr. Yang is the pediatrician on record, please be advised that your child's medical record has already been electronically transferred to Angel Kids Pediatrics' electronic medical record (EMR) system, in accordance with the CPSO and PHIPA's requirements. Please note that your child's medical record has been deleted from Bur Oaks Pediatrics' database.
