We perform a wide variety of routine and administrative exams for our patients. Patients are able to get forms completed for physicals if needed.

Raynon A. Andrews, M.D

Dr. Raynon A. Andrews is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He established his private practice after residency in 2004 and since then has been passionate about his work with patients of every age.

Anouska Dorsey, C.R.N.P

Anouska Dorsey is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in the care of patients throughout their life span. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) then worked as a critical care nurse for 7 years before graduating with her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Troy University.

Eboni Murraine is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in the care of patients from newborns to seniors. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Oakwood University in Huntsville and worked at Huntsville Hospital for 8 years before returning to school for her Master’s of Nursing at Walden University.

How old do you have to be to sign for a patient?

Under 18, Legal guardian must sign for the patient.

Does Andrews Sports Medicine accept open claims?

Andrews Sports Medicine will submit "open" claims only on your behalf, unless we are aware in advance that the claim will be denied. It is the patient's responsibility to provide the office staff with complete insurance information, as well as your case management contact and phone number.

Does Andrews Sports Medicine pay for workers compensation?

Andrews Sports Medicine will bill your primary health insurance in cases where worker's compensation denies the claim for any reason. Any balance not paid by the worker's compensation carrier or primary health plan will be the patient's responsibility.
