Dr. Lichtenfeld is caring, empathetic and very thorough. I feel fortunate to have her guiding my health care. Her staff is terrific as well - they always remember me and are very attentive. In this day and age it isn't so easy to find a practice like this.
I have been seeing Dr. Lichtenfeld for about two years now. She is my allergist and primary care. I went to her because I have mysteriously developed hives. I found her to be thoughtful and listened to my concerns. A+
I had a life-theatening allergic reaction to something no one could identify. After seeing an allergist for 6 months, they were unable to pinpoint what exactly caused my larynx to swell (among other symptoms.) During this time, I was still getting symptoms every few months. I was told that allergy shots 3 times a week to start would be next.
Dr. Lichtenfeld is fantastic. I came to her with cronic hives and although not cured, they are arrested and doing better. She refuses to conclude anything without a complete work up on you which I appreciated. The drawback with more physicians is usually getting an appointment immeidately.
