MyChart is owned and operated by AMITA Health and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by AMITA Health.

What is Amita Health?

In addition to treating the disease itself, AMITA Health supports your physical and emotional recovery with nurse navigators, massage therapists, social workers, support groups and exercise classes. Patients can also participate in clinical trials of the latest treatments.

How old do you have to be to visit NICU?

Visitors must be 18 or older, unless they are children of patient. One (1) support person 18 or older allowed outside of visiting hours. Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Parents/guardians are allowed to visit 24/7; additional family and support people must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
