Biographical:#N#Dr. James Spurlock was a co-founder of the Clinic in 1978. He served Amarillo from 1979 until retirement in 2017. He continues to serve as President Emeritus at Amarillo Family Physicians Clinic.

Tonia, a twin, is married to Trae and has four children. Her family is active in The Church at Quail Creek. She grew up in Dalhart. Before joining Amarillo Family Physicians Clinic in 2015, she had thirteen years experience employed in urgent care clinics, an orthopedic office, and rural health clinics.
