Phone servie is available during normal hours of operation. After hours calls will be forwarded to a delegated on-call technician.

Transportation

Free door-to-door transportation services. Altura Centers for Health provides transportation for all of our patients and families to and from Medical and Dental appointments.

Translation Services

Our staff speak a variety of languages. We offer onsite translation services in all spoken languages, including sign language, through real-time video translation services.

Outreach Services

The outreach team works closely with the families, individuals and community resources to promote health and preventive disease and injury by visiting patients in their homes and providing basic health assessments.
