We are now allowing 1 Adult visitor to accompany our pregnant patients to each visit. We are still requiring masks for all patients, visitors and staff.

To facilitate continued social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to afford patients all over the state and region to seek Dr. Worley’s expertise, Alliance Obstetrics & Gynecology Group, LLC offers a Telemedicine option for certain visits. During these appointments, you will meet face-to-face with Dr.

Massage Therapy

Relax and allow our expert massage therapist, Omar, to relieve you of any aches, pains, or stress. Certified in prenatal massage as well as traditional massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, and sports massage, for your convenience, Omar has years of experience treating the mind, body, and soul.

Patient Forms

New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms with you to your appointment.

By completing your medical history survey online with the DigiChart Portal, you allow us to provide you with more prompt and comprehensive care.

How To Sign Up

Prior to your visit, you will be provided a username and password in order to access DigiChart. Although this tool is designed to be a convenient resource for our patients, it should not take the place of any important communications about your care. We continue to encourage you to call our office as necessary.

COVID-19 Update

Please download the MyWomanCare App, set up your account and complete all tasks assigned to your appointment. This will help streamline your appointment and minimize your time in the office. Upon arrival, please stop at the table set up in the building lobby for a temperature check and screening questions.
