How do I Register my child with AAC?

For your convenience, you may register your child with AAC from this page in one of two ways: Download and print the forms from the links below and complete them. Then either: Call 610-372-9222 and follow the prompts for an appointment with our intake staff. Return the forms in person at our office.

Same Day Urgent or Ill Appointments

Please call early in the day for same-day urgent or ill appointments, as well as any nurse or physician questions.

Register Your Child

For your convenience, you may register your child with AAC from this page in one of two ways:

Prescription Refill Request

Prescriptions will be telephoned to the pharmacy listed below within two working days of your request. Written prescriptions for control substances will be ready within two working days of your request at the office you have specified below.

Referral Request

Referral forms will be available at the front desk of the office you have specified below within two business days of your call unless you give us a fax number to which we can fax the referral.

Accepted Insurances

We accept a variety of health insurance plans and will submit claims on your behalf. Certain coverage restrictions may apply based on your individual benefit package.

Can you use the patient portal?

You may use our patient portal to exchange non-urgent messages with our physicians and staff.

Do you have to select both a doctor and a location?

When searching for an appointment the system does require you to select both a doctor and a location. We are hoping that in the near future you will be able to select all to see all available appointments. For now please be sure to select both, if no appointments are available you may try to search for another provider for the date range you are looking for.

Dr Pompy and Dr Mehrotra are the best pediatrician in Central Jersey area. The Office staff is always helpful.

Can you see a child at the office on the same day?

The visits to the office are by appointment only. However, if your child is sick and needs to be seen, we will try to accommodate the child that same day if the office schedule permits.

Is Mehrotra a good doctor?

Dr Mehrotra practice is decent and convenient for us. Clinic staff is good and kid friendly. Dr. Pompi is also very compassionate and caring. Our go to doctor.
