Living vicariously through the real Doctors

John believes he is the doctor and spouts nonsense; I was there with my mother after not getting straight answers on the phone. The younger doctor was kind and seemed sincere but the other people are not professionals . Spend the cash and get the right people in there.

Unprofessional Manners

I was being tested 2 years back for my lower back issues. The nerve test they took clearly showed issues. I went back 2 more times for the IGNORANT P.A. doctor to tell me "I HAVE TO GET INJECTIONS". NOT! Said they couldn't x-ray because of my insurance but since then ,with-in,3mos.

Worst staff ever

I truly don't understand how Dr. Janerich has not replaced his current staff Francine and John to be specific. These two are extremely rude and couldn't care less as to why you're seeking treatment. Both are condescending and will constantly cut you off while you're trying to speak. I dread having to call in and speak with Francine.

Arrogant, unprofessional

The doctor is rude and self important and the staff is clueless. Unlicensed staff refilling schedule 2 meds. They need to be investigated.
