What is a patient portal?

The Patient Portal is where you can view messages, view health records, view test results, view upcoming appointments, request referrals, request prescription refills, access educational articles and videos, and fill in questionnaires before your appointment.

What is a patient portal account?

Patient Portal Agave Psychiatry utilizes an online patient portal in order to provide seamless communication between our patients and our physicians/staff. What is Athena patient portal?

To log in to the Patient Portal, visit the Patient Portal website link. You can log in with your username and password, or using the mobile phone number registered to the account. If you choose to log in using your phone number, you must fill out your child's first and last name and their date of birth, then click Submit.

How to Sign Up

Sign up for access to request appointments and prescription refills, update personal and insurance information, and pay your bill. If you have not already been given a username and password for portal access, please contact our office by phone.
