Best Patient Portal Hands Down!!

This patient portal is the most amazing one out there. You are able to navigate quickly and easily. When you log in you are give your custom portal that is linked to your physician. You don’t have to rummage around to find your physician and then try to figure out how to do what you need to do.

As much as I’d like to give this app a good review, I just can’t! It’s far from user friendly, I have trouble getting in to the parts I need to use, I can’t seem to find a way to get messages to Drs. other than Dr.

As of September 1, 2019, Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center is now AdventHealth Heart of Florida, and Lake Wales Medical Center is now AdventHealth Lake Wales.

And Your Health Records Are All Here, Too

Even though your hospital has a new name, all of your health information and medical records are still in the same place — your patient portal — but there are different portals, depending on when you became our patient.

Find a Physician

Searching for a primary care physician or medical specialist is easy with the advanced physician-finder tool. Search by zip code, physician's name, specialty or location. You'll find doctor biographies, areas of specialty and educational videos that can help you choose the physician that's right for you.

Schedule an Appointment

Now you can schedule or request an appointment with your primary care doctor, a specialist, a medical imaging facility or laboratory right from your computer or smartphone.

Access Medical Records

You're able to create personalized profiles for your family health history that can be viewed throughout our network. You'll have direct access to your medical records including lab results, medical images, surgeries, physician notes and more.

Virtual Urgent Care

By downloading our eCare app, you can conveniently video chat with an urgent-care doctor from the comfort of your own home or on the go. Once a physician diagnoses your condition, they can submit a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

Communicate With Your Care Team

Have a follow-up question for your doctor or want to send the office staff a message without having to make a call? Connecting with your care team is easier than ever with convenient in-app messaging that lets you filter messages by topic.

Prescription Refill Requests

Are your medications running low? No problem. Just use the app to make a quick and easy refill request and be on your way.

Online Bill Pay

View paper bills and make payments all in one central location. You’ll never have to worry about losing track of a paper bill again.

We’re dedicated to caring for all your health care needs in the capacity that best meets your needs. If you don’t feel well, our health care providers are here to offer the care you need through virtual means.

Get Immediate Virtual Care in the AdventHealth App

If you need care right away, schedule your virtual care visit through the AdventHealth app on your phone, tablet or computer. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, they will ask questions to determine if you need a physician’s order for coronavirus testing. If you have other symptoms and ailments, they can help you with minor or urgent medical needs, too.

Get Virtual Primary and Specialty Care

If you have a health care provider, they may be offering virtual care options. If you have a primary care doctor or a board-certified specialist, call to ask about scheduling a virtual appointment. If you already have a follow-up visit scheduled, contact your provider's office for instructions on how to have your telemedicine visit.

Find a Provider Offering Virtual Care

Many of our primary care doctors and specialty care providers are seeing patients in telehealth appointments (virtual doctor visits) to meet all your medical care needs. To find a provider who offers online doctor visits, look for the purple icon that says “offers video visits” under the physician’s name.
