How do I make sure I am receiving patient portal emails?

Once you are an Adelante Healthcare patient, you will have access to our Patient Portal, which allows you to see your doctor’s availability and request a medical appointment. Your request is immediately forwarded to our Patient Support Center for confirmation.

Step 2 – Find a Health Care Provider that Fits You

Our staff of highly skilled health care providers provides quality care across a wide range of services. Identify a healthcare provider whom you feel comfortable with at the site you have chosen in Step 1.

Step 3 – Schedule Your Appointment

Once you’ve located your center and chosen the health care provider you’d like to see, contact us at 1-877-809-5092 to schedule an appointment. Most of our centers offer extended hours for early and evening appointments and some have weekend appointments available.

Step 4 – Make the Most of Your Appointment

Canceling or Rescheduling an Appointment
