What is the patient web portal and how do I use it?

We offer a Patient Web Portal through Eclinical Works for our patients. Through the use of this secure web portal, patients will be able to communicate with our office more efficiently. Patients may obtain a username and password at the time of their next office visit. For security reasons, they cannot be given out over the phone.

What can I do on the web portal?

The web portal allows patients to perform the following activities: · Messages: Click on ‘Ask the doctor” to send messages to our office. · Demographics: Manage your personal information and pharmacy information. · Appointments: See the date and time of an upcoming appointment.

How do I Reset my Password for the patient web portal?

Click on “having trouble logging in” on the sign-in screen of the portal. Complete the required fields to reset your password. This service is still new and we are constantly updating areas.
