Announcing Our New and Improved Patient Portal: MyJeffersonHealth Jefferson Health – Abington has switched to a new electronic health record, which includes an improved patient portal called MyJeffersonHealth. Your inpatient and outpatient records will all be in one place.
Patient Portal Welcome to our new secure patient portal. All patients must be registered to use this new portal. If you have not received an email invitation from us, please email us at comments@abingtonpeds.com, and request on invitation be sent to you. If you have an account, login here for the Patient Portal at My Health Record.
Patient Portal Our patient portal is on a secure server and is HIPAA compliant. The portal allows you to access your personal medical information and send messages directly to the medical staff. If you do not have a portal login or have forgotten your login information, call us at 215-957-9250 or ask our front desk staff for help.
Valid insurance card, and photo ID. Should your insurance company require a referral please call your primary physician to obtain a referral before your appointment. If we do not have a referral your visit will be rescheduled.
Co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check or credit cards. We do not bill for copayments.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive after your appointment time it is possible your appointment might be rescheduled.
We ask that you call the office 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you don’t cancel within the 24 hour notice or do not show up for your appointment a $40 fee will be charged.
