How to use the patient portal?

How to use the patient portal. You will need a username and password from our office. You can email in or call to request this information. Once you have logged in you can access you medications, send message, view progress notes, and even view or pay you bill (only available through the web portal currently)!

What is the facility code for Healow?

For the Healow app you will need to enter a Facility code with for our office which is FBEACA
