The Patient Portal is a nice feature, although the responses are slow. Phone system is not very friendly. Prescription Refills can take many calls and emails. Not sure where this is all headed but I have 6 medical internet portals (NSIM, Penn Medicine, Jefferson, BC/BS, Geha Dental and CVS Caremark) and none share any data. Single payer is the only way out.
