To better serve Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) patients, TFHC is offering Telehealth appointments for established patients. Patients will be able to schedule face-to-face Medical and Dental Care appointments with a provider using a secure, online platform. Patients will need internet access or a smartphone to participate.

Teledentistry can improve access to dental care. It allows dentists to meet in real time with patients who have oral health needs.

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and provide medical, dental and pharmacy services at 16 sites throughout Hillsborough County. We are continuing to explore opportunities to serve our community, including the opening of new sites. We also have a Service Center site coordinating all telephone calls, referrals, and e-fax activities. We are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

You will then be asked for your user name or personal information (which must match our office records). Once submitted and accepted, a password reset email will be sent to your email address.
