Enter any pertinent notes about the patient in the modal. Information entered is also viewable within the General Notes section of the patient's Quick View modal. (Notes entered in the Quick View modal are viewable within the Notes modal.) If there are Notes available for viewing, the icon within the Notes button changes from a dark icon to a filled-in icon. The information in the field does not display on any printout or in RevolutionPHR. Example
The Patient File includes all information pertaining to the patient. Example. It is important to note, when using a device that does not support flash (e.g. iPad), the only areas displayed are those that are functional on your device.
The Patient Info Sidebar is the column on the left side of the screen. It is comprised of all the components from a patient's file. The sidebar is divided into two sections, the top section begins with Patient Summary and the bottom section begins with Alerts.
An Alerts button displays only if there are alerts assigned to the patient. The color of the Alerts button displays with the color assigned to the highest severity that has been entered. e.g. If the patient has an alert with "high severity," the button displays as red. Click the Alerts button to display all alerts. See Alerts for additional information. Example
