The resource enables providers to link with patients to stay up-to-date with timely information on their ongoing progress, and to extend their care continuum into patients’ everyday lives by providing around the clock access to in-app resources. For members, the patient app includes over 200 evidence-based coping strategies for overcoming triggers, urges and other difficult experiences, actionable goals, motivational content, and the opportunity to complete cognitive-behavioral self-monitoring of meals, triggers, thoughts, sleep and more.
