If you have further questions about the portal, you may send an email to MYHEALTH or call 909.865.9995. Hours of support are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our goal is to respond within three business days.

Can I access older results?

You can access records from October 1, 2014 forward through the MYHEALTH Patient Portal.

Is the MYHEALTH patient portal the same as the one I use for my doctor's office?
