Many Ochsner locations are now offering ePre-Check and mobile check-in on the MyChart app. These offerings allow you to skip the registration desk and the waiting room and wait in your car for your appointment!

How does Ochsner use my personal information?

Ochsner also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Ochsner and its affiliates. Ochsner may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

In accordance with the State of Louisiana, employees and visitors in healthcare settings must wear masks. Ochsner Health will make masks available at entrances and will enforce mask wearing in all common areas for vaccinated and unvaccinated visitors. Masks must be worn properly, ensuring that the nose and mouth are covered.
