About the OCREVUS Pregnancy Registry

The OCREVUS Pregnancy Registry is a global observational registry of women 18 years or older with MS who are pregnant and have received OCREVUS ® (ocrelizumab). This registry commenced in 2019. The goal is to enroll 290 ocrelizumab-exposed women, to observe 153 pregnancy outcomes.

Patient eligibility criteria

2 has not received ocrelizumab or any other MS disease-modifying therapy, except glatiramer acetate, at any time since 6 months before their last menstrual period.

Will I be compensated for my time as a healthcare provider?

You may be compensated for the time you spend on providing the information. The information that you provide will help us learn more about the possible effects of OCREVUS on pregnancy, delivery, and the health of infants whose mothers were exposed to OCREVUS during pregnancy.

How will the registry data be collected and stored?

Women who join the OCREVUS Pregnancy Registry will provide a release of information form that will allow the Registry Coordinating Center to contact their healthcare providers. These contacts are necessary to obtain information on the participant’s pregnancy and delivery, and/or the health of their infant.

It is not known if OCREVUS will harm your unborn baby. You should use birth control (contraception) during treatment with OCREVUS and for 6 months after your last infusion of OCREVUS. Talk with your healthcare provider about what birth control method is right for you during this time.

The Genentech Patient Foundation helps people affected by serious medical conditions get the Genentech medicine they have been prescribed. If patients don’t have insurance coverage or have financial concerns and meet eligibility criteria, they may be able to get free medicine from the Genentech Patient Foundation.

Independent Co-pay Foundations

If eligible publicly or commercially insured patients have difficulty paying for their co-pay, co-insurance, or other out-of-pocket costs, Genentech Access Solutions can refer them to an independent co-pay assistance foundation supporting their diagnosis.
