How do I link my records to Neighborcare Health MyChart?

Step 1 – Log into your Neighborcare Health MyChart account. Step 3 – After the page loads, scroll down until you see a Search box. Use the Search box where you can look up their other MyChart organizations. Please follow the prompts to link your records.

Do I need a new MyChart account if I have NeighborCare?

If you have a MyChart account with Country Doctor or King County Public Health, you will not need a new account. Neighborcare, Country Doctor, and King County Public Health share MyChart account access.

Can I send a message to a medical assistant through NeighborCare MyChart?

Neighborcare MyChart is not able to send messages to medical assistants, dental hygienists, front desk staff, eligibility specialists, interpreters, providers filling in from another location and other non-medical/dental support staff. Can I schedule an appointment through MyChart? Neighborcare does not offer online scheduling at this time.

What is happy together with NeighborCare and MyChart?

Neighborcare, Country Doctor, and King County Public Health share MyChart account access. If you have a MyChart account with UW Medicine, Swedish Medical Group, Providence, Multicare, Overlake, Evergreen Clinic, or Valley Medical Center, you will need to create a new account with Neighborcare. Epic calls this functionality “Happy Together.”

What you owe after receiving services at Neighborcare Health depends on if you have health insurance and what your insurance covers. Neighborcare Health accepts most health insurance plans, including Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare and private insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, we can help you understand your options and costs.

Understanding insurance

Co-pays If you have insurance, you may owe a copayment (co-pay). A co-pay is a fixed amount you pay for a certain service and may vary by type of service. Co-pays are determined by your insurance plan and are due at the time of your appointment. Not all insurance plans require a co-pay.
