MyJeffersonHealth gives you free, online access to your Jefferson Health medical record whenever you want it. Through a secure, internet connection, MyJeffersonHealth allows you to exchange messages with your provider, request appointments, renew prescriptions, check your test results and much more.
At this time, your existing Patient Portals ( MyLink/My Doctor and MyLink/My Hospital) will no longer be updated; but they will be available for you to review or download your historical medical information. Set up your own private MyJeffersonHealth account.

My Chart Providence Washington offers secure online access to portions of your electronic health record (EHR), called Epic. It enables you to securely use the Internet to receive and help manage information about your health, such as prescription refills and health records.
Each time you have an appointment or discussion with your clinician, he or she describes what happened in a note. Notes often start by listing the symptoms or questions you have.
A pre-admission appointment will be scheduled within 10 days of surgery. Appointment times vary from 30-90 minutes depending on your surgical procedure.
Jefferson Healthcare has central registration for all inpatient and outpatient services. Registration is located on the first floor of the hospital.
