How do my clients log in to Jane online?

Your clients have access to a secure client portal through Jane called My Account. This account can be set up when they complete the Online Booking process or when they receive their Welcome Email. If you’re curious, here’s a little more info on Helping Patients Log In.

How can Jane help your patients?

Forget inputting data into multiple programs, Jane stores (and password protects) every file so it’s safe, sound and accessible from anywhere. Your patients will be happy too. Clients can book online, access helpful exercises from their therapist, and get reimbursed from insurance companies with no paperwork.

How do patients subscribe to Jane’s calendar?

Have the patient login to their Jane account. Under “Upcoming Appointments, there’s a button called “Subscribe to your Calendar.” Have them click that.

How to send a welcome email to a patient?

To send a Welcome, go to the Patient’s profile, and click “Send Welcome Email” in the menu on the right. You can also add a note to the email if you like.

When a patient books an appointment, does it show up on their calendar?

Now when a patient books, the appointment will automatically show up in their calendar. Nice.

Can patients link appointments to their calendar?

Your patients/clients can link their appointments in your clinic to their personal calendar. Here’s how:

Can you create a password for a patient?

Note that you cannot create usernames or passwords on behalf of the patient. They must click the link in a Welcome Email or Password Reset Email.

What does Jane do at the hospital?

Jane does the work of a full-time staff person, including sending patients reminders by email & SMS which frees up front desk staff to do other things.
