To speed up registration time, patients with a scheduled appointment for services at the hospital can call our Phone Registration line at (719) 530-2360, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
A registrar may contact you by phone prior to your appointment to collect your demographic and insurance information. In addition, depending on the type of procedure you are having, other departments may contact you with additional questions regarding your health history and/or to give you instructions prior to your service.
Patient Financial Services does preauthorizations for payment prior to the day of service unless the patient is added to the schedule on the same day of service. Preauthorizations will be done as quickly as possible for patients added on the same day of service. Patients do not need to bring preauthorizations with them.

Records from the HRRMC Outpatient Pavilion, Salida Health Center, Buena Vista Health Center, or the Saguache Health Center are available through the Clinic Patient Portal .
