This visit was excellent, as usual. Everyone in your office is always courteous and professional, and waiting time is always minimal, if there is a wait at all. I live 2 hours away from O’Fallon, but I would not think of going anywhere else for eye care.
The office staff is professional, friendly and easy to work with and the doctors are caring, they listen and I trust them. I feel very comfortable and am always treated well. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by the very friendly office staff. They interacted with my daughter and were very sweet and kind. Dr. Ernst was amazing. He was so friendly and really did a nice job explaining everything to my daughter and I. He was very patient with my daughter.
