Because the Patient Engagement Interface enables vendors to access your patients' Protected Health Information, only administrators with sufficient security access privileges should manage the Patient Engagement Interface. Do not create or set up user accounts for Patient Engagement certified partners.
After you verify that administrators are properly set up to facilitate the transfer of data from AcuityLogic to Patient Engagement certified partners, they can enable access to the Patient Engagement Interface. Whenever an administrator enables access, a user account with restricted access is automatically created for the certified partner.
