What forms of payment does dcol accept for services rendered?

We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, checks and cash as payment for services rendered. Some DCOL providers accept workers’ compensation insurance, when properly verified in advance of the appointment. Please inquire prior to your appointment if the provider you are seeing accepts workers compensation.

How do I access information from the previous patient portal?

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.

How do I set up a patient web portal account?

In order to setup an account of this nature, the patient to which you are requesting access will need to log in to their patient web portal account and grant access using the following steps. If you know the login information for this patient, such as your child, log into their web portal account.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – Longview Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
