How to sign up for City of Hope?

Step 1: Download the MyChart/Epic mobile application and search for City of Hope. (Download the app for iOS / Android) Step 2: If you do not yet have a My CityofHope account, you can sign up by clicking on “Sign up Now” on the login screen of the MyChart app. Step 3: Remember to save your login information.
